Security Deposit:

• No deposit for hourly, daily, weekly or monthly agreement (Unless otherwise specified) Renter pays 1-month deposit, for every 12 months rental agreement.

Cancellation Policy:

• For hourly agreements: Free, if request has been received prior to dispatch OR up to 5 minutes from the time of booking.
• Full amount is charged, if request has been received 5 minutes after the time of booking.
• For daily, weekly and monthly agreements:
• Free, if request has been received 24 hours prior to the scheduled car handover/drop-off time. Penalty equivalent to one (1) day rental rate, if request has been received less than 24 hours from the scheduled car handover/drop-off time.
• For yearly agreements: For early termination, a penalty equivalent to one (1) month rental rate, for every 12 months’ annual agreement, will be imposed.

Mileage Excess:

• Unless additional mileage has been approved or purchased, the following charges will apply: AED 0.40 per kilometre for Just Go Category AED 0.75 per kilometre for Selection Category AED 5.00 per kilometre for Luxury Category.

Fuel Charges:

• Hourly agreements: Fuel consumption will be charged, at cost, to renter.
• Daily, Weekly and Monthly agreements: Car has to be returned with the same fuel tank level as when it was received.
• Any difference will be charged at cost. Refer to check-out form for fuel-level details.

Excess Liability (Deductible):

• Deductible Amounts are to be charged to Renter, (if Collision Damage Waiver is not selected) and are applicable for all at-fault accidents, windscreen and tires damage due to accident, OR if at-fault party is not present.
• AED 1,500.00 for Just Go Category
• AED 2,000.00 for Selection Category
• AED 4,000.00 Luxury Category

Collision Damage Waiver

• Optional and applicable, only if, Collision Damage Waiver policy was selected and paid for.

Toll-Fee and Fine Charges

• Every Toll-Fee transaction will be charged to renter at AED 5.00
• Traffic violations and parking fine charges will be charged at cost to renter plus administration fee of 10% of cost OR AED 50.00, whichever is higher.
